In 1985, on the first day of July, we became a town. Over 2,500 people sat in front of the old Post Office then the town hall while the ceremonies made it official. The evening ended with a spectacular fireworks display. We had come full circle; our beloved Richibucto was New Brunswick's newest town. «picture» «picture» «picture» «picture»
